We are excited to share the latest updates and enhancements to Observ Service in our November release, bringing you new tools and improved functionalities!
New Features:
VLM Playground (Visual Language Model):
We’ve introduced the VLM Playground (beta), a powerful new tool that allows you to upload images and enter custom prompts. The system will generate results based on your input, providing a versatile and interactive experience for visual language processing.
GPU Utility Monitoring in System Management:
Observ now includes GPU utility metrics in the System Management dashboard. This addition offers real-time visibility into GPU usage, enabling more precise resource management and optimizing performance.

Batch Create/Edit Camera Tasks:
Future updates will include batch capabilities for creating and editing camera tasks, making it easier to manage multiple camera setups simultaneously.
Smart City Integration:
We’re working on Smart City integrations to support calibration for speed and flow measurements. This will enhance Observ’s utility in urban environments, providing accurate, real-time data for city management.
Real-Time VLM Applications in Streaming Pipeline:
Based on VLM playground, VLM-based applications will soon be integrated into the streaming pipeline for real-time detection. This will enable immediate insights and actions based on live streaming data.
