Managing and Monitoring Detection Tasks

VisionAI Observ provides a clear interface, featuring real-time video, lists, maps, and various detailed information, ensuring you have a comprehensive view of the tasks, anytime and anywhere.

Viewing Current Running Tasks

  1. Access Task Overview

    From the left-hand navigation panel, click Task to open the Task Overview screen.

  2. Task Monitoring

    In the overview screen, monitor all active detection tasks. Key information displayed includes:

    • Task Name

    • Timestamp and Description of Current Events

    • Total Number of Detected Events

  3. Filter and Sort Tasks

    Use available filters and sorting options to:

    • Filter tasks by AI detection scenario

    • Sort tasks by event count, location, or task status

Switching to List View

Select the List tab to view a structured table of current running tasks. This view includes comprehensive task details such as:

  • Task Names

  • Schedules

  • Task Groups

  • Locations

  • Camera Assignments

  • AI Detection Scenarios

  • Total Event Counts

Accessing Individual Task Details

Click on any task entry within the Overview or List tab to open the Task Details page. This page allows you to:

  • Review historical and real-time event logs

  • Adjust task configurations

  • Manage notifications and schedules

Recommendations

  • For real-time operational monitoring, use the Overview screen with visual camera feeds.

  • For detailed management and reporting, use the List view.
