Efficiently manage your tasks in bulk using the Batch Create, Edit, Download features. These tools enable users to streamline task creation and make adjustments across multiple tasks simultaneously, saving time and effort.
The Batch Create feature allows you to upload a CSV file to create multiple tasks at once. This is especially useful for setting up a large number of tasks with consistent configurations.
How to Use Batch Create:
Download the CSV Template
Click the Download CSV Template button to download a pre-formatted file. This file contains necessary columns such as Task Name, Camera ID, Compute Target, and Events.
Prepare/Upload Your CSV File
Fill out the required fields in the CSV file based on the template. Ensure the data meets the formatting requirements (e.g., UTF-8 encoding, file size up to 10MB).
Once uploaded, the system will process the file. Review the file before confirming task creation.
The Batch Edit feature allows you to modify settings for multiple tasks simultaneously via a user-friendly interface. This feature is ideal for making consistent changes across selected tasks.
How to Use Batch Task Edit:
Select Target Tasks
In Dashboard find Batch Task Editor button, and choose the target tasks you want to edit from the list.
Edit Task Properties
Adjust common task properties, including:
AI Confidence Threshold
Object Size Filter
Event Threshold
Task Status
Note
The displayed values are system defaults and may not reflect current task settings. Double-check all inputs before applying changes.
Click the Confirm and Apply button to apply changes to all selected tasks. Changes will take a few minutes to propagate to all tasks.
The Bulk Download feature allows you to download large volumes of event images or videos directly from the History Event Record. Follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth downloading experience.
Initiate Bulk Download
Navigate to the History section
Use filters (e.g., Time Period, Task, or Event Type) to narrow down your selection.
click on the Bulk Download button located at the top of the History page.
Select Media Type
Image: Downloads all available event images.
Video: Downloads all available event videos.
After selecting the desired media type, click the Start Download button to begin the process.
Note
If the total number of events exceeds 1000, please refine the filters to reduce the target number of files for smoother processing.
The download process may take some time depending on the total size of the files and your network speed.
